SUSO host jim justice was a election observer for the Fall Skagit County elections. She witnessed the difficulties that the Election Supervisor, David Cunningham, was having with the November election. Usually Skagit is one of the first to post final results, but this past November it was the last. jim reports on a presentation for Fidalgo Democrats on the changes in the election office since that election.
